County,
California,
United States. The
population was 3,401 at the 2000 census.
Geography
Bonsall is located at 33°16′47″N 117°11′37″W? / ?33.27972°N 117.19361°W? / 33.27972;
-117.19361 (33.279630, -117.193489).
According to the
United States
Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 35.2 km² (13.6
mi²). 34.9 km² (13.5 mi²) of it is land and
0.3 km² (0.1 mi²) of it (0.88%) is water.
Demographics
As of the census
of 2000, there were 3,401 people, 1,285 households, and 947 families residing
in the CDP. The
population density
was 97.5/km² (252.4/mi²). There were 1,357 housing units at an
average density of 38.9/km² (100.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP
was 84.00%

were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 41 years. For every 100
